- This Advent promotion is valid from 17/11/25 until 17/12/25
- This promotion is for Retail sales orders only, values from Specification orders cannot be included.
- Orders must be placed for products within the VADO, Individual by VADO and Booth & Co ranges. Spare parts and products from the Axces by VADO, and own label collections are not included within this promotion, and will not make up part of the qualifying value.
- To take part, you must activate your Advent account using the email invitation sent to you from Love2Shop.
- Once your account is activated, any orders you place between 17 November 2025 and 17 December 2025 will automatically be logged in your Advent account. You can log in at any time to track your points and see your balance grow.
- A minimum total spend of £1,000 is required during the promotion period to qualify for rewards. You may place multiple orders to reach the £1,000 threshold; however, gifts will only be released once you’ve met the qualifying amount.
- You can redeem your points at any time during the Advent period in exchange for a gift of your choice, or continue collecting points to redeem a larger reward at the end of the promotion. The choice is yours!
- Log in to your Advent account to discover the range of special gifts available. Every £1 you spend during the promotion adds directly to your gift pot.
- In order to qualify, all orders placed need to be for products delivered in December, where stock allows. Orders placed with a 2026 call-off will not qualify for the promotion.
- Please allow 48 hours for delivery of all product orders throughout December.
- Date of delivery and lead times involved are at the discretion of VADO.
- All free gifts are subject to third party stock availability, where stock is not available a gift card will be issued for the same value.
- Where order values are referenced, these are the values at the net buying prices excluding VAT, not the RRPs.
- Free gifts will be sent out once qualifying orders have been invoiced. The goods ordered are non-returnable unless reported as faulty, in which case these can be returned and processed in the normal way.
- If any gifts have been received and a return is raised against the original qualifying order, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
- As a gesture of goodwill, if our stock holding prevents goods being despatched, we will honour the gift pre-Christmas on the agreement the order cannot be cancelled and be fulfilled as soon as goods become available.

- Data collected via the Love2Shop will be used only to process the delivery of advent gifts with the suppliers specified. Data will be deleted from the advent calendar platform once the promotion has ended and all claims have been fulfilled.
- Your data will be shared with the supplier of each gift you qualify for, for them to process your order. Please contact us: marketing@vado.com if you would like us to know who is fulfilling our gifts and we can refer you to their terms and conditions for details on how they handle your data.
- By taking part and receiving gifts from this VADO Advent promotion you acknowledge that any tax or National Insurance liability created by this campaign is to be borne by you/your company/your employer.
- When you activate your Advent account you are confirming that the rewards received comply with your company’s rewards and incentives policy.
